The quarterback riled up the crowd at Gillette Stadium for the Patriots’ Super Bowl send-off rally on Sunday with a “We’re still here!” chant.
Brady, the last team captain to speak to the crowd inside the stadium, then dropped the microphone after riling up the fans.
The “We’re still here!” chant has become a rallying cry for the Patriots, who have been listed as underdogs throughout the postseason.
However, New England are favourites to beat the Los Angeles Rams in the Super Bowl.
An estimated crowd of 35,000 showed up to send the Patriots off, and coach Bill Belichick told those in attendance that it was the biggest send-off they have ever had. He then thanked the crowd for their support.
“This is an awesome crowd. Just tremendous,” Belichick added.
The Patriots will take on the Rams in Super Bowl 53 on February 3, when Brady attempts to win a sixth Super Bowl of his career.
